Pilates

Reformer & Equipment
Private, semi-private or in a group – train on classic BASI equipment such as Reformer, Cadillac, Tower, Spine Corrector or Wunda Chair. A 60-minute introductory lesson is mandatory for beginners. In individual training sessions, we create a personalised programme tailored perfectly to your needs.
Pilates for Teens
Pilates for Teens
Build posture, core strength and mobility with Pilates designed for growing bodies.
Non-competitive, confidence-building, and socially supportive – ideal for teens during their changing development years.
Mat
Mat
We offer varied classes on the mat, also using small equipment such as balls, magic circles, terra bands, foam roller. Book a 5-, 10-, 20-session pass or single lessons. Entry is flexible, but we suggest beginning with our Foundation Class to build the basics.
Pre/Postnatal
Pre/Postnatal
Strong abdominal and pelvic floor muscles support posture, stabilize the pelvis during pregnancy, and aid the birthing process. Prenatal strengthening helps with smoother contractions and faster recovery after childbirth.

Since 2018, BASI Pilates Studio Zurich has provided private small-group classes during lunch hours or by arrangement. We are "Fitnessguide" certified and recognized by Swiss health insurers. Instruction is available in German, English, French, Spanish, and Italian.
