Mat training also involves the use of small equipment such as balls, toners, Pilates rollers, Terra bands, weights, and the Magic Circle (Pilates ring). The weekly group training sessions with a maximum of 6 people are particularly popular and can be booked as a 10- or 20-session subscription or as individual lessons. Each training session lasts 60 minutes. You can join a group at any time, provided there are places available. You can also book Pilates mat training privately or semi-privately.
