FAQs

Do I need to have previous experience to join a class?

We welcome all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the exercises and offer modifications to suit your level. For complete beginners to Pilates, we recommend booking a private training with one of our instructors or joining our Pilates Mat Fundamentals classes before advancing to our other Pilates offers.

What should I wear for a class or training?

We recommend comfortable clothing that allows our instructors to see your form and alignment. Avoid loose or baggy clothing and clothing with zippers that might damage the mats or equipment. You don't need special shoes; we recommend training either bare-foot or wearing socks with a grip-sole (available for purchase at the studio).

What should I bring to class?

We provide all equipment, including mats, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer! A water bottle and a small towel might also be useful.

How often should I train?

That depends on your fitness goals and schedule. Generally, we recommend 2–3 times per week for the best results, but even once a week can help improve strength and flexibility.

Do you also offer private lessons?

Yes, we offer private one-on-one sessions (including personalized trainings on the Pilates equipment). These sessions are perfect for those who want a workout catered to your individual needs, need specific attention due to an injury or recovery, or are uncomfortable in a group setting.

Can I still join a class if I'm pregnant?

We do not recommend the majority of our classes for prenatal clients. Many of the exercises are unsuitable and even unsafe for pregnancy. You are welcome to join one of our prenatal group class offerings, or book a prenatal private training with one of our expert instructors who are specifically trained for expecting mothers. Always consult your doctor before starting any new exercise program while pregnant.

Do you offer trial classes for newcomers?

Yes, we do! If you're new to our studio, we encourage you to take advantage of our introductory offers for both group classes and private trainings! Book here on the website or via the Mindbody app to find the intro offer.

How can I book a class?

You can book classes through our website scheduling system or directly through the Mindbody app. Please be aware that it is not possible to book online group classes via the Mindbody app, you may do so through our booking system on our website.

What is the size of each class?

We limit our classes to a certain number to maintain the quality of instruction and ensure each member gets individual attention. The size varies depending on the type of class, but typically ranges from a maximum of 8 to 10 participants.

What are your membership options?

We offer a variety of membership options to suit different needs. You can choose from our group class monthly 8 - class pack or unlimited membership, group and personal training packs, or our drop-in rates. Visit our booking page or via the Mindbody app for more info.

Are your instructors certified?

Yes, all our instructors are fully certified in their respective disciplines and bring a wealth of experience and passion to their classes. All our Pilates instructors have been certified through the rigorous BASI Pilates Teacher Training program.
